Could you imagine stepping on the mat for the first time at 68 years old? 7 years ago, Robert Aguilar took on the challenge of beginning his Jiu Jitsu journey as a white belt and has just recently achieved his goal of becoming a black belt at 75 years old. Robert used the sport as a way to challenge himself in new ways every day, and an avenue to improve on himself physically and mentally after retirement, proving to anyone that it is never a bad time to chase your dreams, or take on a new challenge no matter how daunting it may seem.
