Premium Fabric. Most brands use a polyester and cotton blend to save money. We dont. Sanabul gis are made with 100% cotton fabric which is more expensive but well worth it because it doesnt stretch during training and breathes better
Pre-Shrunk. No more guessing or buying a size up. If it fits perfectly out of the bag, just wash in cold water and hang dry. Still want to shrink it? You can! Wash in hot water and throw in the dryer to shrink it until it fits just right
Lightweight & Durable. We've combined lightweight, breathable, fabric with a durable weave construction to create a perfect gi for year-round training

My son and I recently started taking Jiu-Jitsu together and needed gis for class. I was going to just buy gis from our gym since I get a 20% discount. . . but they were still $225 each! With a lot of options online I asked one of the coaches who highly recommended Sanabul. I was able to get the Essential Gis for less than $60 each with a new customer promo code and the shipping was free. When they came in I was impressed with the look, feel, and quality, especially considering the price! They are also much lighter than the ones from the gym (I don't know the brand). My son is 5'07" 140 lbs and the A1 size fits him great! I am 5'11" 190 lbs and the A2 fits perfect! We have only rolled in them a few times. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I want to see how they hold up. If they are as durable as I expect they will be I will have to change this rating. BTW, we wash them in cold water and hang to dry and the size has not changed. Very happy with this purchase!

I really love this Gi it is cheap in price but not quality. If you are a beginner not wanting to break the bank I definitely recommend this.

I enjoy the gi. It is good for a judo player and BJJ practitioner. I enjoy that the gi does not get hot. The fabric is nice. It is made in Pakistan which is awesome since I am half Pakistani.

I am 6'1" at 186lbs.
Bought three 2A sized GIs which fit just fine (no heat shrinking required). Sizing is consistent for all three GIs. I Wash them cold and hang dry afterwards.
The only downside is that the black GI is leaving me with a lot of lint on my skin after the training (not before).
The other two GIs (different colors) don't do that... This I still notice after having it washed about 5 times by now.
I recommend to buy these GIs for beginners because you do not break the bank when starting in GI sports. For that price you get a fairly good quality to start with. Again, if the lint thing with the black GI would not happening I would give these GIs a solid 5 star rating.

Range of motion is excellent without being excessively baggy. Very comfortable for summer training sessions, yet plenty strong. I would have no reservations about competing in tournaments wearing this gi. The collar is sturdy but not excessively stiff. I am 5'9", 175 pounds and A2 fits just about perfectly. I would LOVE it if the sleeves were just a touch shorter. I am hesitant to intentionally shrink the top in the dryer because I don't want it to get any "slimmer" through the torso, but I have a fairly square shaped upper body, so i think for most people this wouldn't be an issue. Overall, I am shocked that I got a gi this nice for less than 100 bucks. I will definitely be adding another to my rotation. Also, I wanted to mention that the total time it took from when I placed my order to when the gi was delivered was two business days. And that was with the regular basic shipping.

The Gi is a good Gi for the roughly $70. It's a great deal for the price, not sure if a better deal exist for the price. The only downside Is the size. A3 in other brands fit me to size, with this one it's big, the pants run bigger and wider.

I bought this gi for my 12 year old daughter. It fits so perfect and she loves that it’s light weight. It didn’t feel hard like most gis do and she says it’s easy to move in. She trained in it for about a month before her tournament, so it had been washed several times and didn’t shrink and still fits her great.
