it's on okay mma gym bag. able to hold my gloves, groin guard, hand wraps, headgear, mouth piece. it looks and feels cheaply made though. nothing special just average looking though.

I'm so glad I bought this bag! . I was taking a back pack and separate plastic bag for my sweaty bjj gear. The separate compartment for the wet cloths saves space and is easy to clean!. I easily fit mma shorts, two or three rashguards , mouth piece , phone , wallet , badges , tape , defense wipes . Etc and a spare change of cloths all in the standard size with plenty of room to spare.

This far my favorite gym bag that I've ever owned since I've been training in combat sports. My oversized (23") duffel comfortably fits a pair of 16oz boxing gloves, a pair of shin guards, focus mitts, wrestling shoes, a BJJ gi, compression tops and bottoms, and a sweat towel. Not to mention, the mesh helps air out my gear and also the overall bag material is very durable. The zippers are firmly attached to the bag. Would buy again!

Good quality and durable. Ventilation in main compartment is awesome and the side pockets are great for small items such as tape, bandages, phone, wallet, keys, etc. The 18 inch bag is great and can hold an extra gi, change of clothes, and a set of boxing gloves. But the 23 inch bag is better if you have a lot more gear to carry such as shin guards, Thai pads, head gear, gloves, etc. The one recommendation for both size bags would be to have an outer water bottle sleeve holder or pouch. But still overall an awesome product.
